While Shout does guarantee delivery in acceptable condition and goes to lengths to provide replacements, Redo can often provide a more immediate response when customers identify loss, theft, or damage from shipping. If that customer has already opted into using Redo Free Returns + Package Protection at the point of purchase of the item(s), they can very quickly fill out a claim to initiate a reshipment.
