What is Passport Global?

Passport is our cross-border delivery partner that lets Canadian shoppers pre-pay all import costs before their order leaves the U.S. At checkout, Passport automatically calculates and collects any applicable GST/HST, duties, and brokerage fees and remits them to the Canada Border Services Agency on your behalf—so there are no surprise charges when the package arrives.​ After clearing customs, your parcel is handed off to Canada Post for the final leg of delivery, and you can follow every scan with the tracking link we email as soon as the order ships.​ For more frequently asked questions, read here.
