What are your customer service hours?

We’re a small team, so it may take us a few days to reply to your inquiry, but we’ll definitely get back to you! We work on the West Coast, and we are answering emails from 9-5 PST, Monday to Friday. We don’t usually work weekends and holidays, so please keep that in mind if you reach out then!
